Vivian and Vincent are easily among the happiest couples I have ever met. They wear their hearts on their sleeves, and you can always find them laughing and cracking jokes to get the other one to giggle (which you can even see in their wedding ceremony). They also share a beloved furbaby, who made quite a few adorable appearances during their big day. They’re surrounded by a close-knit group of friends and family who love them dearly (it’s impossible not to), so they wanted a unique venue to make the day feel more like a warm and intimate gathering.
Vivian and Vincent envisioned garden paths lined with colorful blooms for their first look and couple’s portraits followed by an outdoor ceremony with the sunlight filtering down through the trees. We absolutely loved photographing at this venue! If you’ve never heard of this gem, FEAST at Round Hill is nestled in the idyllic Hudson Valley, just an hour and a half from Manhattan. The historic estate dates back to the early 1800s and has a long-standing history in fine dining and hospitality. In fact, Round Hill was already a popular wedding venue in the 60s and 70s. During those years, the venue was called The Round Hill Restaurant and later Quail’s Hollow Restaurant.
The estate was renovated at the turn of the century and has won countless awards over the years, including The Knot’s Best of Weddings Hall of Fame 2007-2023, Best of Zola Vendor Winner, Here Comes the Guide Best Mansion Wedding Venue, and more. The entire day felt like a breath of fresh air—no rushing and fussing. The day was a heartwarming reunion and celebration, complete with the very best service and delectable food.
